The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. The location is excellent. It is just across from the main train station 3 minutes walk to the shopping district and less than 10 minutes walk to the waterfront. Cafes and restaraunts are literally outside the front door of the hotel.
Wifi was not included in the price. McDonalds is close and has free wifi.

It was clean. It is a small place but a good value. Excellent cleaning staff! -That stood out... Close to train station (which a good thing in Cannes, not in Nice) food and shopping Beach about 3 blocks away. Pleasant stay. More like a business hotel. Not fancy but very tidy and easy to stay at. Had all the basics you need, tv , ac , nice window to the street. Room was airy for its size. Good value and helped make Canne a nice stay for us.
The shower in bathroom. The base is not designed too well so easy to get water on the floor wets even if you close curtains. Still a clean bathroom but in a tight space that can be improved upon. The biggest thing for me was that they charged for WiFi -which should be free especially at a place like this. If you want WiFi, you have to pay a rate of an extra 5 euros a day while everyplace I stayed at in France, it was free. Its becoming more essential to access in travel since going around town looking for free WiFi is difficult (btw, you can find it at McDonalds)

The hotel staff was very nice, offering helpful sightseeing tricks despite the fact that Cannes is a small town. The hotel is right across the sncf station. However the room is seriously peaceful.

Great welcome from staff, and very helpful throughout. I liked their simple, efficient approach and ability to let guests get on with it. Good air conditioning, easily switched off in favour of open widnows if desired. Proximity to Gare de Cannes and local buses ideal for carless visit to the area.
Window faced a streetlight which was a bit hard to curtain off.

We loved the convenient location right across from the train station and just a short stroll to the beach. The hotel's proximity to the supermarket "Monoprix" was also a huge plus for us as backpackers. The daily cleaning service was excellent, ensuring our room was always tidy and fresh. the location, amenities, and cleanliness of the hotel were perfect for our needs.
We felt most welcome during our stay at the hotel and had no complaints whatsoever.

We arrived from Canada very early in the morning and even though checked in was at 2.00 pm, the receptionist let us occupy the room before 11.00 am; great gesture especially after a very long night on the plane. The location was fabulous
We didn't know it was the Festival de Cannes that week and the Grand Prix of Monaco the following Sunday ;so we paid more than 2 times if not 3 the price for an extremely small room. We felt abused but we had no choice, everything else was fully booked.

The complete "package" was excellent value. A revelation from our last visit some 5 years ago. As regular visitors to Cannes + we greatly appreciate the high standard experienced, especially for the "short stays" Thank you.
nothing comes to mind........!
